Our approach
HealthConvos experiences are designed with semantic structure, keyboard access, readable contrast, responsive layouts, captions and transcripts for audiovisual content, meaningful labels, and compatibility with common assistive technologies.
Standards
Our working target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. Accessibility is an ongoing process, and conformance may vary for customer-provided or third-party content.
Sponsor content
HealthConvos modules may include content produced or approved by a sponsoring organization. Click-Video works with sponsors to support accessible delivery, while sponsors remain responsible for the accessibility of materials they provide.
