1. Scope
This notice describes privacy practices for HealthConvos patient experiences and the HealthConvos product website. A sponsoring healthcare organization may provide additional notices governing its own activities.
2. Patient-module messages
A viewer may submit a message to locate relevant, previously reviewed content. Each message is screened for identifying material and processed transiently to determine its intent. The original message is not stored by HealthConvos.
HealthConvos stores the non-identifying intent associated with the message. Intent data is reported only in aggregate to show patterns such as frequently explored concerns, conversation paths, and areas where additional reviewed content may be useful.
3. What HealthConvos does not require
Patient experiences do not require an account, name, email address, diagnosis, or other personally identifying submission. HealthConvos does not create patient marketing profiles or provide sponsors with individual conversation histories.
4. Distribution privacy
HealthConvos may be accessed through QR codes, email, SMS, embedded experiences, or webpage links. Implementations use privacy-preserving destinations and controls intended to prevent condition-revealing URLs, identifying campaign parameters, and referral leakage.
5. Approved responses and AI processing
AI is used to determine message intent; it does not generate new medical advice for the viewer. Intent routes the viewer to previously reviewed content. Service providers used for transient processing are authorized to process information only to provide the contracted service and are not permitted to use HealthConvos inputs to train public models.
6. Technical operations
Limited technical information may be processed by hosting and security infrastructure as necessary to deliver, secure, and maintain the service. HealthConvos does not use advertising pixels, behavioral advertising, or cross-site profiling in patient modules.
7. Product inquiries
If you voluntarily contact Click-Video about HealthConvos, the contact information and message you provide are used to respond to your inquiry and manage the business relationship. Prospect communications are separate from anonymous patient-module interactions.
8. Children and supervised use
HealthConvos modules may be created for different audiences under agreements with sponsoring organizations. Sponsors are responsible for selecting appropriate audiences and obtaining any permissions required by law. HealthConvos does not knowingly create individual profiles of children.
9. Security and changes
Click-Video uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the service. This notice may be updated as the product, legal requirements, or privacy practices evolve; the effective date will be revised when changes are made.
