These terms apply when you use the HealthConvos website or a HealthConvos patient experience. A sponsoring healthcare organization may impose additional terms for its program.
2. Educational purpose
HealthConvos content is provided for education and general support. It does not diagnose, prescribe, establish a clinician-patient relationship, or replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Questions about personal care should be directed to the viewer's care team.
3. Emergencies
HealthConvos is not monitored for emergencies. If you believe you may have a medical emergency, contact local emergency services immediately.
4. Appropriate use
You may use HealthConvos for its intended educational purpose. You may not disrupt the service, attempt unauthorized access, automate extraction, reverse engineer protected components, submit malicious code, impersonate another person, or use the service unlawfully.
5. Submitted messages
Do not include names, contact details, clinician names, facility names, account numbers, or other identifying information in messages. Messages are processed transiently to determine intent and are not stored; non-identifying intent may contribute to aggregate reporting as described in the Privacy Notice.
6. Intellectual property
HealthConvos, its software, characters, audiovisual content, branding, and related materials are owned by Click-Video LLC, the sponsoring organization, or their licensors. No ownership rights are transferred through use of the service.
7. Availability and changes
The service and its content may be changed, suspended, or discontinued. Click-Video does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
8. Disclaimer and limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HealthConvos is provided “as is” and “as available.” Click-Video disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for decisions made in place of seeking appropriate professional care.
9. Governing agreements
Services provided to organizations are also governed by the applicable customer agreement. If these public terms conflict with a signed customer agreement, the signed agreement controls for that customer.
